Planning a visit

Appointment required for planning visits in our studio.

You can make it over the phone Whatsapp and text message supported. 

Also you can use the Facebook or Instagram messenger or make an appointment through our booking system. 

We may require a valid credit card to register a booking.

Cancellation policy 

We advise guests to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to allow for registration/check-in and preparation for treatment.

If you are late, we have to cut your session. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it may affect the allotted time of the service.

Your service type may be changed to avoid delays for other guests.

Anything later than 20 minutes is subject to canceling and rescheduling.

We ask you to reschedule or cancel the appointment at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. 

You can cancel or reschedule 24 hours before the appointment with no fee. After 24 hours it’s 50% of the services that you booked, and for the same day, it’s 100%. Any no-show will be charged 100% of your selected service(s). For all the package holders, missed appointments will be deducted. 

Cancellation policy for “Free consultation” service is: 

– You can cancel or reschedule 24 hours before the appointment with no fee. 

– Canceled or rescheduled appointment after 24 hours we will charge $20.

– Canceled or rescheduled appointment on the same day or no show we will charge $40.

Refund policy 

Service Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. 

You may transfer your service package to any family member or friend at your request. If you have started using your package and request a refund due to unforeseen circumstances, you will only receive a refund based on the original service price except for the processing fee. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read the service description before making a purchase.

Product Refunds

The Company agrees to refund except for the processing fee to the client upon compliance with the following regulations: (1) An original receipt must be submitted along with returned products; (2) Refund will be given in the form the purchase was made; (3) Product/s must be in original packaging, and not have significant visual damages or usage; (4) All or any products and services that were sold at a sale or discounted prices are marked as final sale.

Children / Guests

You cannot bring children with you to your appointment unless you have another adult to accompany you to watch your child in the waiting area. Children under the age of 18 cannot wait in the waiting area unattended. No children are allowed in the treatment rooms under any circumstances. If you cannot find childcare, you will need to reschedule. For child safety and liability reasons, you need to adhere to these guidelines. You may only be accompanied by one guest and they must wait in the waiting area. Nobody aside from our staff is allowed in the treatment room during your procedure. If you are disabled and require any assistance please let us know at the time of booking.

Special Conditions

Please notify our receptionist before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, are pregnanсy, or have any allergies to lidocaine. 

Groupon / Social Media / Promotions 

Groupon and Social Media vouchers are limited to one per new client per lifetime. Vouchers have treatment areas listed and are not valid to treat any other areas. Vouchers cannot be used to correct another clinic’s treatment work.

Vouchers and promotions cannot be combined with other offers, discounts and certificates.

Photo Consent

In participating in the Services, you may be photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded by the Le DAJE Wellness Studio, Inc. for safety and monitoring.

Pictures will be obtained for records. All identifying marks will be cropped or removed, unless the treatment is done on the face.
